With over 25 years of expertise in strategic pricing and entrepreneurship, Styrbjörn Horn has consistently driven innovation to create smarter, value-oriented business solutions. As the visionary co-founder of Ignize, Styrbjörn brings extensive leadership experience as a CEO, chairman, and pricing specialist, all rooted in a commitment to helping companies enhance their value propositions and achieve sustainable growth.
Career Journey Styrbjörn began his career as a pricing specialist at Atlas Copco/Epiroc, where he gained a deep understanding of pricing complexities in global markets. His journey then took him to Ericsson, where he spearheaded the company’s mobile internet services at the cusp of the digital
revolution. In 2000, he founded his first business,
Mgage, a pioneering company in mobile applications that was acquired by Aspiro in 2001.
Building on this momentum, Styrbjörn launched Navetti, an operational pricing specialist firm that quickly became Europe’s leading provider of IT solutions for price optimization in large organizations. Under his leadership, Navetti expanded rapidly and was acquired by Vendavo in 2018, solidifying its reputation as a trusted partner in pricing intelligence.
Driving Innovation in Pricing Throughout his career, Styrbjörn has led the charge in transforming the traditionally complex and mechanical pricing landscape into a streamlined, data-driven process. His unique insights and hands-on experience have empowered dozens of companies to better align their pricing strategies with market demands, resulting in substantial business growth and value gains.
Educational Background Styrbjörn holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from KTH, the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, and has also studied economics at Stockholm University.
